Farewell to Dr. Yanyan Zhang
We would like to note the successful completion of Dr Yanyan Zhang’s post-doctoral appointment in our group and wish him continued success in his future research endeavours.

Dr. Yanyan Zhang has been a postdoctoral researcher in our group from September 2023 to May 2025. During this period, he focused on the L-band spaceborne bistatic synthetic aperture radar (SAR) LuTan-1 mission and conducted research on advanced methods of high-precision synchronization and DEM generation [1]-[4].
Dr. Zhang will continue now his work on high-resolution wide-swath SAR and its application for CubeSat DEM generation in the research group of Prof. Akira HIROSE and Prof. Ryo NATSUAKI at the University of Tokyo.
We wish him all the best in his scientific career!
